In 1969 the Cesare Bonetti Company built its actual Main Factory at , 15 km northwest of Milano, in one of the most industrialized areas of northern Italy, close to main highways, railways, and the Milano Airports: an easy location to reach coming from any direction.
The industrial site owned by the company is approx. 66,000 m², with 20,000 m² under roof for the industrial plant and an additional 5,000 m² for commercial, administrative and general services buildings. It is here that 15 graduate mechanical engineers, 45 sales, quality and administrative employees and more than 90 skilled technicians cooperate to serve our worldwide customers on a daily basis.
We employ the latest machinery (CNC CAD/CAM controlled), together with up-to-date testing equipment, and controls, (including Spectrograph for chemical analysis, Helium Leak detection testing, machinery for Material Stress Analysis, flow test loops for valve and liquid level indicator testing under actual pressure and temperature conditions, Cv measurement loop, Fire Safe testing, etc.)
The R & D and Technical departments undertake project using the very latest and up-to-date calculation and engineering drawing systems, including FEM. We use integrated software programs to manage the work. Our goals and performance targets require continuous improvements and achievements by our human resources, so we hold periodic refresher courses for our staff.
All of our products, standard or customized, are certified and guaranteed to be in strict accordance with both the project's and the customer's specifications. Thanks to the above, Cesare Bonetti S.p.A. was among the first Italian companies to be awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate.

A World Class Valve and Level Gauge Manufacturing facility at Vapi Gujarat which has commenced production since January 2013, primarily to compliment the very high pressure range of valves (2500# to 4500# special) which are manufacturing at our Italy plant
Amidst the lust green backdrop of Vapi and a sprawling 30 acre campus, this facility stands tall on the NH8 as a monument of technology and engineering excellence.
With a strong Italian manufacturing tradition which remains undiluted since 1905 when the company was first formed and the strong values and commitment of WAAREE group, this plant will churn out some of the world’s best valves and level gauges in the coming decades.
The total covered area exceeds 2,00,000 sq.ft , the shop area being in excess of 1,25,000 sq.ft. .The plant was constructed by TATA BLUESCOPE with the design and supply by BUTLER BUILDING SYSTEMS USA & AUSTRALIA.

We have Japanese MAZAK Japan HMCs with twin pallet changers and Indexing table MAZAK Japan VMCs with table sizes up to 2000 mm 10 nos. DMG MORI SEIKI CNC Poland turning lathes from Poland 5 nos. HONOR SEIKI VTLs up to 2000 mm table with live spindles HYUNDAI horizontal machining centre with twin pallet changer and indexing tables as well as huge CNC lathes from HYUNDAI and a host of other world class machines.
This facility also boasts the best computerised SAW, MIG/CO2 and PTA welding on 2000 x 2000 Column and boom machines with welding sets from LINCOLN ELECTRIC USA.
Our Quality department is armed with the worlds latest FARO ARM (9 FT) with laser scanner, Hillsborough PMI machine, Brinell/Rockwell Hardness, Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Einstein-II DGS and a host of other state of the art measuring and testing equipment.
We have hydro-testing facilities up to 630 MT as well as the world’s safest material handling facilities (7 EOTs) from DEMAG Germany. We also have a conveyorized paint shop of 6m x 6m size and a fully automatic recovery blast room again spanning 6m x 6m, material being conveyed through this on 25 tonne self -traction trolleys.
This plant can produce more than 20,000 forged gate, globe and check valves, ball valves, piston valves, bellow seal valves and a variety of Transparent, Reflex and Magnetic Level Gauges per month. We can produce any GGC/Ball/Piston/Bellow seal valve (maximum size u upto 48” )using this set up and we can service the power plant requirements upto 1500# in this plant.
This facility is also home for the Centre for Valve and Engineering Excellence which shall help us stay on the forefront of technology and adopt the latest engineering practices to offer you the best products and solutions.

In 1984 Cesare Bonetti S.p.A. established its German subsidiary company. Today, "BONETTI ARMATUREN GmbH & Co. KG"- located in Linburg an der Lahn, 50 km north west of Frankfurt - is serving this important market. In the factory building (approx 1,500 m² roofed on 3,000 m² site) we stock and customize products according specific Customers’ requirements, resulting in faster and better response to our market's needs and providing faster after-sales service.

"BONETTI (Suzhou) Level Gauges & Valves Co., Ltd", located in Suzhou, Jangsu Province, is a 100% ownwed company, established in this new, fast-growing market to be closer and to better assist all our old and new Customers having their engineering, manufacturing or productive plants in the Far East regions. The company operates in a new builded factory of approx 3,700 m², equipped with new up-to-dated CNC machinery and produces for the local markets according the same high quality standards we apply everywhere.
